About me

Monika was born in Glogow, Poland. She grew up in a small town in a communist country at the time with the Iron Curtain's limitations influencing her desire to travel and explore the world. Her father's close family have stayed in London after the WWII and it was the first international location she visited at the age of 15. Monika has fallen in love with London's architecture and the international cultural mix immediately. She has moved to London in 2000 after gaining her Master degree in Literature and Applied Linguistics.
Monika has a vast experience in business running a number of companies in international recruitment, market research, diplomatic events and membership. Her personal life triggered a change in her career and she's embarked on a spiritual journey leading her to Spiritual Awakening Circle which she runs with her partner, Nikki di Girolamo. She is a single parent to her son, Edward.
